Getting started with conditional groups

I have just started to try to make some adjustments to the way my bibliographies are prepared using the format manager. I am working with MLA 8th edition style and, even though it's not strictly necessary, I would like to link to electronic resources where available in my bibliography. Of course, not every text I am working with is online, so I only want the field to appear and be formatted if a URL is available. From my reading of the manual, this is where conditional groups come in, but I can't quite figure out how to make this work for me.
I now had the following format for "Book":
This gives me a properly formatted reference is a URL is present, but in the case of the others it gives me a reference that ends with a comma rather than a full stop. Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated!
