Bug with latest release (13.0.6) (UPDATE: NOT A BUG)

I downloaded the most recent release (13.0.6) and I noticed that the formatted viewer below the reference list does not display the reference correctly (see attached screen grab). The main problem appears to be that the viewer displays the formatting instructions (e.g. textit{}) rather than actually displaying the formatted text. The behaviour is consistent regardless of the format selected.
As this was not happening this morning before I downloaded the new version, I suspect this is a bug associated with the new version.
