Hi,

I would like to have in the citation Full name for authors, but in subsequent Surname & Initials. I could not find anything. Is it possible?

Eg.:
1. NORMAN L. GEISLER, Christian Apologetics, Baker Academic, Grand Rapids, 2013, pp. 58.
2. N.L. GEISLER, Christian Apologetics, pp. 10-15.

No, it's not. You can have Bookends output surname only for subsequent citations, but you can't substitute initials for names.
