I have multiple articles by the same first author (but different subsequent authors) with the same year. After I scan a document, the "a" or "b" doesn't appear after the citation or in the bibliography, it just looks like (Doe et al., 2005) for both citations. I've got the style format on alphabetize and sort by author-date. Is there something I'm missing to turn on this feature?

In the initial upload of 8.1.1 there was a bug that prevented this. It was fixed quickly and uploaded as a silent update. Try downloading 8.1.1 again and see if it's fixed. If you still think it's not working properly, please conact tech support directly with the document, your database (stuffed or zipped), and the format (if its one we distribute, just the name).
