I see instructions for synching libraries and custom folders, but what about preferences? It is in preferences that I set such important items as

"Don't change case" (under Scan & Bib / Sentence & Title Case"

You can't sync the preferences file, there is machine-specific information stored there. We hope to offer limited preference syncing via the cloud in a future update.
