Chicago 17 requirement for page citation number before URL

I’ve been using Bookends for a couple of years now, but have encountered a formatting issue that I can’t seem to figure out for my dissertation.
In Chicago Style #17, it requires the page number of the citation to appear before the URL/DOI. Example from Turabian.
Fyodor Dostoevsky, Crime and Punishment, trans. Constance Garnett, ed. William Allan Neilson (New York: P. F. Collier & Son, 1917), 444, https://archive.org/details/crimepunishment00dostuoft.
Turabian, Kate L.. A Manual for Writers of Research Papers, Theses, and Dissertations, Ninth Edition: Chicago Style for Students and Researchers (Chicago Guides to Writing, Editing, and Publishing) (p. 187). University of Chicago Press. Kindle Edition.
I can create a format for all the different sources I am using, but cannot figure out how to insert the page citation before the URL. I use “z” for the URL. By using the “insert citation with modifiers” or manually placing the citation page number with @, it always put it at the end of the citation.
I use Scrivener for writing and then convert to MicroSoft Word, and then scan the document. I looked in the manual, but did not see any reference. Did I miss something? Can you help?
