I'm using Bookends on my Mac and iPhone. But at work I would sometimes like to access the library on my work PC. There is no permition to install programs on the PC. Is there a way to access my Bookends library via a web browser (like www.MyEndNoteWeb.com for EndNote)?

That's what Bookends Server is for. Please see the User Guide (Help menu) and find Bookends Server in the TOC.
