Pdf tabs and iCloud

Are pdf tabs synced? I have a library synced through iCloud. Everything works OK but the pdf tabs are not synced as I have just found at when arriving at work this morning hoping to restart the work where I left it at home last night... The tab list at the top of the attachments window does not show anything but the single tab it contained when I left work last evening. None of the new tabs I added last night are there...
