Empty warning box

From time to time an empty warning box appears on the screen. I have not found any reproducible pattern. Apparently nothing goes wrong although a warning box popping out is always a bit disturbing.
Is it normal?

Just posting to say that I have frequently experienced the very same thing for the past couple of weeks, both prior to and in the latest update (13.2). There doesn't seem to actually be any problem, but the blank dialog continues to pop up sporadically.

I've see it occasionally, too, but never when I'm in the debugger so I don't know what it is. But just dismiss it and continue, no harm done.
