Sorting by Author and Title

I'm having an issue trying to sort my library by 1. Author and then 2. by Title. This is especially important when one has a huge number of entries attributed to the same author.
This seems to be a new problem that I didn't have before the recent update.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Please contact tech support (
support@sonnysoftware.com) and provide a bit more information, such as sorting what, exactly (the reference list in the library window? a bibliography? and if so, which format are you using?).

Wanted to let you know that I found the fix I was seeking – by unticking the 'Sort' box in Preferences>Lists.

With that unchecked Bookends won't sort at all but list the references in the order entered.
With it checked, Bookends sorts the reference list by author/date/title.
In the next update, Bookends will sort by author/title IF there is no date column. I think that's what you will want.
