In a title such as - Altruistic Individuals, Selfish Firms? the Structure of Motivation in Open Source Software - I would like the first letter of the article ("the" in this case) after the internal punctuation within the title - a question mark in this example - to be capitalized.

I've checked the forum and the user guide but can't figure out how to deal with this. Any suggestions.

Hm, I think Bookends does this after a period. I may have neglected to have it deal properly with question marks. I'll take a look...

Yes, the problem seems to be that since 'the' is in the "don't change case" list, Bookends leaves it alone even when it begins a new sentence. That should be fixed.
