Bookends and Mellel 4.2 are not working for me. I have latest versions of both. I cannot select Live Bibliography in Mellel. When I try to scan manually, Mellel gives the "Scanning Document" dialog, but Bookends never puts on the dialog to select a format. So everything stalls at "Scanning Document" -- only choice is to cancel. No bibliography is produced of course.

I've got it working. Not sure how, but I suspect it was a problem with giving my Mellel permission to control Bookends. I was sure I had done that. Perhaps not.
