I just tried JSTOR direct search and Bookends Browser search -- I imported from both successfully.
Make sure you're not behind a firewall (even at home) and not using a proxy server.
If you still have problems, please contact tech support with the URL of the reference you're trying to import.

Hi there, I’m also on the trial but interested in purchasing. The key factor is support for JSTOR. In the Bookends “Internet Search” I’m not getting JSTOR as an option in the drop down menu. It seems that it should be there — suggestions for this?

The same issue I am referring to is the one that this thread is about. Quick Add is not working for JSTOR.

Then please contact
support@sonnysoftware.com for tech support. And include the JSTOR url that you're using with Quick Add.
