Chinese Character Display Error

When I input Chinese characters in the note and re-edit it:
It seems there is some encoding error.

Most of my PDFs with Chinese characters won't work normally while making notecards, it's said it's because of the format of these PDF files. So I don't see solutions so far. I just stand with the meaningless codes in my notecards. Oh, comments in Chinese look ok if you don't double click to edit it---they become meaningless symbols again ding that. For example:
