Find and remove, leading space before :

Hi there,
Many of the citations I import into Bookends have the format
title[space]:[space]subtitle.
But in Chicago Manual of style, there is no space betweek the tittle and the colon, i,e.
title:[space]subtitle
Is there a way to do a global search and replace in my library to remove the leading space before the : ?
