Hello Mr. Jon,

First of all, i want to express my gratitude to you for creating this software.

It's really a game-changer for me since i can now edit the citation and bibliography the exact way my institution required. - the National University of Malaysia (UKM)

It was such a headache since on Faculty's level, they have citation system of their own, and for the bibliography, they wanted us to use the University's style.

Anyway,

I have been editing the citation and biblio for the past 2 days and realized that sometimes the changes i made was not saved.

It was painful to lose the meticulous work that have been done.

i really appreciate the "SAVE" button for this.

Formats are saved automatically, there is no need for a Save button. I wonder if you have more than one format and you're looking at one you didn't edit. If you do find that changes aren't being saved automatically please figure out how to reproduce it and contact support@sonnysoftware.com for help.
