Hey there,

it would be cool if I could click on a reference and then see, on the left side, in which groups/folders the reference is located. Perhaps if the font becomes bold. It would make them more usable to me since they would somehow act like a sweet mix of traditional folders and tags. I hope this idea is somehow clear.
Have you considered doing this before? Are there some disadvantages to that?

This has been available for quite a while.

For temporary visualization, hold down Option-Shift.

If you want them to be always indicated, enable that setting in preferences (Lists tab).
