problem modifying import filter (Z39.50)

I am trying to create import filters for 2 Israeli databases. I found the necessary Z39.50 info on this site:

Using the Lib of Congress import filter i managed to create a working filter with internet search capability for the Israel Union List (ULI) by simply filling in the details provided on the site.
The same did not work for the RAMBI database and i cannot figure out what i am doing wrong here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
