Autofill from Internet no longer doing anything

Autofill from Internet is a great feature when needing to update citations. But with Bookends 13.4.7, the Autofilling References window appears (although in the background) and it never finds anything to update, even when I delete page numbers, authors, etc just to test. Any ideas? Thanks.

Autofill doesn't use the metadata, it uses unique identifiers (e.g. DOI, PMID, ISBN). I'm guessing that whichever of those you're using isn't getting a response from the corresponding Internet source (e.g. server not responding for some reason).

Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem.
When I do autofill from internet, it shows it has found the reference (in a new window) but nothing happens.
