In previous version of Hook integration with Bookends, Hook's `Reveal File in Finder` command was disabled. Now it's enabled. That means you can now use the same command ( Hook > `Reveal File in Finder`) also in Bookends to reveal the current file in Finder, assuming the current entry has an attachment.

Previously the `Reveal File in Finder` feature for Hook's Bookends integration required that you customize Hook to use `hook://file/` URLs. Now even if you use `bookends://` URLs, the feature will work. `bookends://` URLs may be preferable to `hook://file/` URL schemes if you also use Bookends on iPad or iPhone.

Release notes are on Hook's forum: [Hook integration scripts v.142 now available — Updated Apple Notes, Drafts and Bookends integration - Releases - Hook Productivity Forum](https://discourse.hookproductivity.com/ ... ation/2439).

"Show in Finder" has been for as long as I can remember an option in the menu at the bottom left corner of the Attachments window. Why was it removed? I use this option frequently.

Why do you think it's not there? -- it is. And for PDFs it's in the action-popup, too. Furthermore, for PDFs you can also see the pathname hierarchy like for a Finder window (right-click on the PDF proxy icon in the PDF toolbar).

If you still can't find it, write to tech support with a screen snap of where you're looking.
