Is there an easy way to replace all temporary citations included in a document? I previously used the BE temporary citation style {Author, Year, #uniqueID} but now have switched to Pandoc syntax using the BibTeX citekey [@authorYYY]. So I want to change the already existing citations in my document of the {Author, year #ID} type into the Pandoc [@authorYYY] type. If there is no easy way to do this I guess one could write a little apple script. Since I've never done that I'd be thankful if anyone has any pointers on how to go about it ? Thanks a lot

Off the top of my head the best way to do this is to create a format called “Pandoc”. The format should look like: $@$u1

Make sure that the enclose citations option under ‘Common Settings’ in the Formats manager is set to `[]`

Then scan the documents that you want to convert using the Pandoc format

I'd do a Proofreading scan in Bookends (please refer to the User Guide, Help menu, about how a proofreading scan works).
