Save a word document with citation formatted as text, not fields

I tried to search for this but didn't find it. I have a word document with citations and bibliography. I want to save a copy to submit the article with the citations formatted as text, not fields. With Endnote you can export a file as "plain text". Is there a way to do this with Bookends?

I found out for myself, thought about deleting the post, but maybe it can stay here so someone searching for the same thing can find it.
Jon, you can delete it if you want.

The option is: In word, you can select the whole text and use command+6 to "unlink fields". It turns everything into text.

Yes, let's leave this, it's helpful.

Your solution works well, but for completeness I'll add you can scan a document with "Retain Hidden Citations" unchecked.
