Change preferred sort behavior to move no label to bottom

I would like to be able to sort in ascending direction by Label Color but have publications with NO LABEL COLOR are at the BOTTOM. By example, my color list is
0 No Label
1 Significant
2 Active
3 Issues
4 Discard
I can hack this on macOS by putting numbers on all but the title No Label. I would hope to see the same on iOS ... sort by label NAME (not color number) or always put NO LABEL at the END.
