Suggestion: Show new library name without file extension

When new documents are created in most standard macOS apps, the new name to save the file is presented WITHOUT the file extension for the app. Bookends presents the new library name with the file extension (.bdb). The selection would be less confusing if it followed the standard approach to show without the file extension.
