Feature Request: Margin for annotation tool bar left/right

The annotation tool set can be positioned on the left, top, or right. When it is positioned on the left or right, the tool bar somewhat overlaps the PDF document text at the margins on that side.
I would like to see the PDF frame include an additional margin for the annotation tool set when the tool set is left or right on the iPad screen.
