Applescript Broken after Bookends 14.0?

Hi all,
I have been using the following applescript to link Bookends reference to DEVONthink:

The script has been broken since upgraded to Bookends 14.0.
I tried to troubleshoot the script and found that there was an "AppleEvent handler failed" error when running the script.
The error appeared when running the line "set theRefs to selected publication items".
It seems there is a problem with "selected publication items" so that no citation can be obtained.
Is it just me or is there anyone also has this problem?
