I have scanned my Mellel document to create a bibliography. In my BE Bibliography format I have specified small caps for authors. Formatting, however, is funny: Authors are in small Caps, when they have first names. When I have authors without known first names, they appear in normal case. When the author surname on the other hand is entered with a trailing colon (,) in the BE database, it will format correctly in the bibliography with small caps. Bug or feature?
