Colorful Groups and folders in v14.0.9

Just want to express my gratitude to Jon. I downloaded v14.0.9 today and I see that
Groups and folders can now be assigned a color. GREAT!
The right-click contextual menu for references in static group now reads "Remove From Group" instead of "Delete". This is also an important improvement because the old wording was indeed ambivalent.
