Hello there,

Is there a way to link directly to the PDF inside Bookends?

I have figured out that I can create a link to the reference in Bookends (i.e., bookends://etc), but would like a way to link directly to the PDF so that it opens inside Bookends for annotation.

I hope this makes sense and thank you for any suggestions!

Hi, no, you can't link to a particular PDF. But there is typically only one PDF per reference and, if the PDF display pane is open it will show and be ready for annotation when the reference itself is opened. if there is more than one PDF attached to the reference you'll need to use the popup at underneath the PDF display to select the one you want.
