I have chosen "Book" as the type of document.

How do get Bookends to use the full name of the organisation in this setting?

In Bookends, I now have:

Australian Commission on Safety
Quality in Health Care,

in the Author field (with the comma)

and

National consensus statement: essential elements for recognising and responding to clinical deterioration

in the Title field.

(and Year = 2010)

The reference is set to Book.

When I run the scan (from Mellel), I get:

(Safety & Quality in Health Care, 2010)

as the citation, and

Safety, A. C. O., & Quality in Health Care. (2010). National consensus statement: essential elements for recognising and responding to clinical deterioration. ACSQHC Sydney.

in the bibliography (and in the Formatted References section of Bookends)

SOLVED THE PROBLEM.

The author field was, indeed,

Australian Commission on Safety
Quality in Health Care,

INCLUDING the newline at the end of the first line - which I guess told Bookends there were two authors.

So, removing that now gives me:

(Australian Commission on Safety Quality in Health Care, 2010)

as desired!
