How to move Bookends to new Mac?

I am doing a clean install and will manually install applications and move files as needed from a backup drive to restore. Is there a "how to" on what files to move from the backup drive so that I retain all my articles, attachments, annotations, and collections?

We've already discussed this by email. I may add a discussion of this to the FAQ. Briefly, move the contents of the Bookends folder to the new Mac and put it in the same location in the User Application Support folder. That takes care of your libraries and custom folders (unless you moved them from this default location). The PDFs will have to be moved separately.
