Remove "&" before last author?

Is there a way to remove the "
&" before the last author in both author-date and bibliography formats? I've been looking through the format manager functions but I can't find a solution. Thanks in advance, and sorry if this has been asked before.

Look in the format's Name Punctuation tab. That's where what is output before the last author is specified.
