How do I export to BibTex or RIS?

Post by peterrich »

This will sound like a stupid question, but how do I export an array of selected references to either BibTex or RIS formats? When I select and click on "Export," the options that appear are: Bookends, Bibliography format, Endnote XML, and Tab-delimited. I need the format in BibText to be able to import this list into another program.

Select Bibliography Format and then choose either BibTeX.fmt or RIS.fmt and save to disk. For BibTeX you may want to change the output style from Styled Text to BibTeX (if you want character styles like bold and italic preserved) when the data are imported.
