Record display in internet searches

For some reason, if I change an import filter's record display to "full" instead of MARC, I can't copy records into my databases. Shouldn't I be able to display a record in an internet search in the full display format and still be able to import the reference into my database? Is this a bug?

No, it's not a bug. If you want the "full" display, you have to edit the filter to look for the tags. What you see is what Bookends "sees". The filters generally display MARC, because that is the best for precise importing. If you change to Full, you'll have to adjust the tags (in the first tab) accordingly.
