Extract annotations as separate files not working

Hello, as the title says, I have been having trouble extracting annotations as separate files. It either saves exports them in one single file, or else doesn't export it at all. Any thoughts what this might be?

Please contact tech support directly (support@sonnysoftware.com) with screen snaps of your extraction configuration, including the format and style in which you are exporting, and any other information you think might be pertinent. And experiment a bit, see if it's a problem with a particular PDF or all PDFs.
