markdown embedded link template.fmt bookends

I am starting to work with the Extract Notes & PDF annotations, but I do not have the output style 'markdown embedded link template.fmt' in the output style, as per the YT clip you have online:

I reviewed the user guide on output styles, but I cannot grasp on what I am missing?

You have to open the Formats Manager and enable it.
