The import filter settings determine which bits of information are imported. If you are getting the information from Crossref.org, open the Import Filters Manager and select Crossref.fltr. Remove the tag

TC

in front of the Notes field. (it's the last in a comma-separated string). Save the filter. Times cited will no longer be imported.

If you are importing from Google Scholar, edit the filter EndNote Export (Refer).fltr. Remove the tag %O in front of the Notes field and save.

Thanks! I've remove the items in front of the these field, but in the main column these fields are still showed after importing papers. How to remove these fields in the main column?

Times cited is added to Notes for newly imported references? Or are you looking a old references?

If the former, where are you importing the metadata from?

Please contact tech support (support@sonnysoftware.com) and attach a PDF that you're attaching. One for which the times cited is included with the metadata.
