Suggestion: Reference Edit Pane DOI and URL being clickable

In the Reference Edit Pane, DOIs and URLs are displayed as text. Could we enable these (perhaps the name of the field, not the fields themselves) to be clickable links, so that selecting the DOI or URL would open the respective website?

Right click on the field and any URLs in it can be selected and opened in your browser.
