Volume Numbers for Bible Commentaries

Q for Sonny Software
I would love some help. I am very new to Bookends and not great at all at this “coding.” But LOVE the product.
PROBLEM #1
Current Citation:
a, t ~, ed. ~e | ~, trans. ~u3* ~, ~u2~ ed.~ ~, ~u13~ vols.~|~ ~ |~, ~j v` (`{u11;$ repr., $} |~; ~, l: u, d`)`
Current Bib:
a. t. $Edited by $e. $ Translated by $u3*. u2*$ ed. $ u13$ vols. $ ~. ~j {v.^$. $} u11~. Repr.,~ l: u, d`.`
I have to cite Bible commentary series quite a bit. There are two places where a vol. number might go. If there are 2 volumes on the book of John in the International Critical Commentary Series, then the volume number would come after the title. Like this:
citation:
J. H. Bernard, A Critical and Exegetical Commentary on the Gospel According to St. John, vol. 2, International Critical Commentary Series (Edinburgh: T. & T. Clark, 1928), 326.
Bib:
Bernard, J. H. A Critical and Exegetical Commentary on the Gospel According to St. John, vol. 2. International Critical Commentary Series. Edinburgh: T. & T. Clark, 1928.
If, on the other hand, the Series itself had multiple volumes, then the vol. # would follow the series, not the book. Mind you, this produces properly.
Bib:
Craigie, Peter C. Psalms 1-50. Word Biblical Commentary Series, vol. 19. Waco, TX: Word Books, 1983.
I noticed that there are two options for “volume”. The first is simply “Volume”. It produces data after the Series.
The second is “volume #” but I can’t get it to produce anything under any circumstances.
PROBLEM #3
Here’s the correct format for my journal article: a, “t,” f v, $no. $i (d): p-. {$https://dx.doi.org/$u17^z}.
My problem is that “i” (for “Issue number”) does not appear as a field in my “Journal Article” reference type.
PROBLEM #4
The above coding for my journal article is producing 2 colons after the year:
S. J. Joubert, “A Bone of Contention in Recent Scholarship: The “Birkat Ha-Minim” and the Separation of Church and Synagogue in the First Century,” Neotestamentica 27, n. 2 (1993):: 352–353.
…and it’s not including the period after the page number.
