feature request: Journals

the settings for include or not include the issue # in journals' vol-field is nice. but it only works if the reference type includes the word "journal" which does not make sense for germanspeaking users. I would suggest to include a checkbox "journal" in prefs>references to have the same effect.

In the next beta you can name the journal type to anything and Bookends will still treat anything in parentheses in the Vol(Issue) field as an issue.

great, thanks a lot.
if people need more than one journal type, it will still be working to rename the type containing "Journal" I think?
