Hello,

There seems to be a bug. I cannot scan a Word document from within Bookends, and when I do it from Word, it does not format my in-text citations correctly. That is, it will always put "et al." after the 1st author, even though the style is set to >6.
Is it me or has anyone else seen the same problem?
This is getting urgent since I need to format a paper for submission very soon!

I've already replied to your email, but for others:

1. Bookends can't scan Word files. It never has been able to.
2. Check your format -- there are two settings for et al., and I suspect you've only set the first.
