How do you make a bibliography from the references in a group? The bibliography formatter only seems to include utems from the hits list. Do I have to check all the items in the group one at a time to get them into the hits list?

Yes. Easy to do -- hold down the Shift key when you click on one checkbox, and the rest will follow.

Other simple means to do this will be included in 9.0.3, as well.
