Database Engine Error: Internal error

Hi,
I tried opening my bibliography database and got the error message: Database Engine Error: Internal error.

I tried the various Database Maintenance options but for all of them I get the same message as soon as I select the file. I'm using version 9.0.3 under OS X 10.4.5. Is there anything I can do to salvage this file? Or can you help?

I doubt there is anything I can do, but if you zip and send me your database I'll take a look.

I'm not sure, but I think I was able to rescue that database.

Try File -> Database Maintenance -> Verify and see what happens. You can zip and send me your database if you can't resolve this, and I'll take a look.

Jon wasn't able to fix it either alas so I had to go back to a backup. Hopefully the new features that Jon has added since then will help out. Good luck!

Sorry, I misremembered. In any case, try what I suggest and send me the zipped db if that fails. And remember that Automatic Backup is a good way to prevent small problems from becoming larger ones...
