CIBA reference system

Post by farotxa »

I have been asked to reformat the references of a paper I've written in the CIBA reference format, used by Elsevier Australia. This is an example:

Hammond K R, Kelly K J, Schneider R J et al 1966 Clinical inference in nursing: use of information-seeking strategies by nurses. Nursing Research, 15(4):330–336

Is CIBA in the Bookends list, say under a different name, or is there a similar system that I could duplicate and modify?

Thanks,

frank

Hi,

I really don't know if we have anything just like this (probably, but I haven't memorized them all). I'd start with something like J Immunol, click on New, and then edit it as needed (you'd need to change punctuation after initial, include issue with volume number, removing the trailing period, and no doubt some other things).

Maybe someone else has this format, though.

Thanks for the tip on J Imm format, Jon. I used it to do the CIBA. I'll check it when I reformat my references to make sure all is fine.
