Access to WorldCat

Hi,
Does anybody know of any filters for WorldCat?
I also note that some US libraries (UCLA Melvyl & Worldcat) can output CJK data for their holdings. Can these records be tweaked to outpit CJK? From Melvyl, for instance, I do not seem to be able to get Japanese data, although I can view it from in my browser.
