I am having trouble with Refs -> Replicate as Book Chapter. Whenever I use the command, not all of the fields are reproduced in the Bibliography or Footnotes as they should be.

title[space]:[space]subtitle.

But in Chicago Manual of style, there is no space betweek the tittle and the colon, i,e.

I have been using Bookends with the same library for a while now.

Now, all of a sudden, when ever I do a scan, the "Ambiguous Citation" dialog box comes up for every citation, even for one it I have manually pointed to in the previous scan.
