Re: Displaying "folder" contents
Examples (not very good ones, though): * Pinboard/Delicious: Adding tags step by step to drill down (http://pinboard.in/u:ckatzenbach/t:twitter/ » http://pinboard.in/u:ckatzenbach/t:twitter+stats/) * iTunes: Genre » Artist » Album * Mail.App: Inbox » Accounts I don't see too much cluttering b/c the ...

Re: Displaying "folder" contents
Well, kinda, yes.
Specifically I refer to the Reference List. When a folder is selected, the reference list now is always empty (cf. Screenshot). Why not displaying the contents (=references of all subgroups and subfolders)?

Re: Displaying "folder" contents
Hi, a question or feature request: When selecting a folder, why isn't the content of its groups displayed (as with "virtual folders")? Seems obvious to me, or am I missing something? Would be an eays way to "drill down" into subject areas… … Like: Science and Technology Studies (...

BE/Mellel: "Generate Bibliography" greyed out
After upgrading to BE 9 (I think) the "generate bibliography after scan" option is greyed out when hitting "scan document" in Mellel. In effect, BE (or Mellel?) does the same whether I check "Proofreading scan" or not: It only checks the citations, puts the references f...

Jon, thanks for the support.
The Thread at Mellel's forum is here: http://forum.redlers.com/viewtopic.php?p=435#435
Unfortunately, the Unsanity Hackies are not the problem. Disabling them didn't change anything.

making Mellel crash
It seems like Bookends is making Mellel crash at my laptop when doing the final citation search and bibliography generation. Bookends searches through through the citation objects matches them, ask which reference it should use if it ambigous and if it should generate a bibliograpy even though some ...

There is now only one workflow issue left: I collect references with CiteULike and import them from time to time to Bookends. Now, if I import them all and end up with tons of duplicates. My workaround is to tag (give a keyword) references with a temporary identifiere (like numbers _4) for the next ...
