How to force an arbitrary text into a bibliography format

What I need to do is include in my bibliography some arbitrary text. In this example I have my entry showing up in...

Before I found the tip above on using FireFox for automatically downloading the fires I was using this technique. Which while no longer neccessary might prove useful for something related to this in the future. I would download each "import into BibTex" link to a particular folder. I would...

The filters that do not show up in Internet Search (WOS, for example) are only able to parse files downloaded from the web (or wherever). Ah! So what you are saying is that WOS is designed to only work with files you have downloaded outside of bookends and then want to bring into Bookends? If that ...

Trouble enabling *some* of the Import Filter Manager

I just purchased Bookends today I have the feeling I am missing something basic here but I am just not able to figure out what I need from either the manual or these forums. I am trying to enable the Import Filter Manager for "Web Of Science", and Jstor and a few others. I am going File ->...

Re: Thanks.

Thanks. I don't know how I missed that. You are not alone - there is something oddly obvious about it that makes it easy to miss. I would like to suggest a possibly easy fix for this this might clear up any future confusion. (Leave the current link under the File Menu as it works for many of the us...
