I just did a clean install of OS X 10.10.2 and BE 12.2.4 to see if a bug we've talked about in the past still exists with respect to parsing Chinese characters in the Unicode Ext-B block. It does.

BE displays the sole Ext-B character in my reference correctly in the author and book title ...

Suddenly, perhaps since the last BoT update, performing any search in BoT crashes the app and returns me to the phone's home screen. It doesn't matter if the search is in English or Chinese. As I am entering the search string, the app crashes. Every time.

I'm using a library synced from BE 11.3.7 ...

Can anyone comment on BE v. 11.3.7's compatibility with Yosemite?

Could users running Bookends 11.3.7 comment on whether it works well with Mavericks? Any incompatibilities or new bugs to report (compared to Mountain Lion, 10.8x)?

(Because of an obscure Unicode bug, Bookends 12 is off-limits to me for the time being. But I'd still like to install Mavericks ...

According to BE 12.0.3, I have a library with 5931 refs, but according to BE on Tap only 5752 refs have sync'd to my iPhone. I tried emptying the library on the phone and adding it anew, sync'ing all refs. The problem remains. BE 12.0.3 verifies my library successfully.
