Of course.

Bookends seems to be ignoring the last citation in my Pages document since the last update.

Are you sure that the strangely formatted parts in your Bibliography are “pure” text (text without formatting) in your database? I.e. is it possible that you entered parts of some citations using a different font? (Bookends will respect the use of different fonts in different fields of your referen...

Hm, did you try Refs -> Global Change -> Restore Default Font and Styles Do this for all your references, and use a copy of your database.
